For hosts
A healthy vending machine for your building — at no cost to you.
You provide a little floor space and a standard outlet. We provide the machine, the food, the payments, the service and the insurance. Month-to-month, one page, cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
The cost
What it costs you: nothing
Not a lease, not a deposit, not a service fee. The machine and everything in it stays our property and our expense — here is the whole split, straight out of the placement agreement you would sign.

The upside
What’s in it for your people
A vending machine is a small thing. A vending machine with food someone actually wants at 6pm is not.
Real food at the awkward hours
After the last class, mid-shift, or long after the cafe closed. Protein, not a sugar crash.
A wellness perk with no line item
It supports the wellness message you are already making without touching your budget.
Nobody has to leave
No fifteen-minute drive for a snack. People stay in the building, and you keep the time.
Payment that just works
Contactless card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash. No app to download, no account to make.
Stocked for your building
Tell us what your people want and it goes in. Anything that does not sell gets replaced.
No contract to be stuck in
Month to month, one page, and either side can end it with 30 days’ written notice. If it is not working for your building, we take the machine away.
Installation
How a machine actually gets in the door
Start to finish, hosting takes about two short conversations and one delivery morning.
-
A five-minute look
We walk the spot with you, confirm the outlet, and measure the path in. The machine is about 31 inches deep, so it clears a standard 36-inch doorway going in depth-first.
-
One page to sign
Our placement agreement is a single page in plain language: who provides power, who owns the machine, who is liable, and a 30-day exit for either side.
-
Delivery morning
The machine comes in on a heavy-duty appliance dolly with a second pair of hands. It stays upright the whole way — that protects the refrigeration — and we take care of the moving, not your staff.
-
Set up and tested
We load the product, set the pricing, and test every selection plus a live card tap before we leave. Nothing goes live half-working.
-
You get a direct line
A support address goes on the machine, and you get ours. From then on it is our job to keep it full, clean and running.
If something goes wrong
We do not expect problems. Here is what happens if one comes up.
Our machines are reliable and we service them on a schedule, so most hosts never need this section. But equipment is equipment, and if something does come up we handle it promptly and professionally — same day, and without making it your problem.
A jam or a bad vend
Email [email protected] and we make it right — a refund to the customer or a replacement item, no argument. Jams get cleared on our next visit, or sooner if the machine is down.
The machine stops working
Each machine reports its own status, so a dead card reader or an offline unit usually tells us before you do. We respond to any host issue the same day and drive out when it needs hands on it.
A part fails
Our cost, always. We hold a dedicated repair reserve per machine precisely so a broken compressor is our problem and never a conversation about who pays.
You need proof of insurance
We carry general liability insurance and will send a certificate on request — the paperwork clinics, campuses and larger employers usually need before anything comes on site.
It is just not working out
Thirty days’ written notice, either direction, for any reason. Email counts. We remove the machine and leave the space the way we found it.
The spot turns out to be wrong
If a corner gets no traffic, we would rather move the machine than watch it sit. With your okay we will relocate it inside your building to somewhere it works better.
Questions
The things hosts ask first
How much space does it take?
Plan on roughly 41 inches wide, 75 inches tall and 31 inches deep, plus a few inches of clearance behind it. We place one machine size, so that footprint is what to measure for.
Does it need special wiring?
No. A standard 110V wall outlet is all it needs — the same thing a fridge or a copier plugs into.
How much electricity does it use, and what will it cost me?
Only the refrigerated drink section draws real power; the snack section above it is just lighting and controls. Expect roughly 2 to 3.5 kWh a day — about what a second refrigerator costs you. At Oregon’s average commercial rate of about 10.6¢ per kWh, that works out to roughly $7 to $12 a month, or $85 to $140 a year.
For context, the U.S. Department of Energy rates a full-size all-refrigerated beverage machine at about 3.7 kWh a day. Ours is a combo, so the cooled volume is smaller and the real figure sits below that. Your own rate and how warm the room runs will move the number.
Who sets the prices?
We do, and we keep them in a normal range: most snacks between $2.75 and $3.50, drinks between $2.00 and $3.50. Oregon has no sales tax, so the price on the screen is the price your people pay.
Can we choose what goes in it?
Yes, and we want you to. The launch mix is a starting point, not a rule — we watch what sells at your location, cut what does not move, and take requests from your team.
How often do you restock?
Once or twice a week to start, and more often once a busy location proves it needs it. The machine flags low slots for us between visits, so we are not guessing.
Does it take cash?
Yes — bills and coins work, though most people tap. Every machine takes contactless cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is there a contract, and how long?
One page, month-to-month. Either of us can end it for any reason with 30 days’ written notice, and email counts as written notice.
We already have a vending machine. Does that rule us out?
Not at all. We are the healthy option, not a soda-machine replacement, and the two usually sit happily side by side. If you would rather swap, that is your call and your existing operator’s contract to consider.
Request a machine
Tell us about your spot
No obligation, no sales sequence. We read every one of these ourselves.
Request a machine for your location
The more you tell us about the space and the people in it, the better the first machine will fit.
